Better Together: Why Inviting Another Family Makes Activities More Fun #FamilyFun Sometimes family activities can feel like another item on the to-do list. However, doing those activities with another family makes them more fun! Whether it’s a trip to an amusement park , a visit to the local pool , or trip to a pumpkin patch , including another family can multiply the fun in amazing ways. One of my favorite moms to collaborate with is my friend, Ayana Ledford who's pictured above with her daughter Sahar. We have done all of the things listed as seemingly random examples above and here is how including her and her daughter (and sometimes her son too) has made the events more fun. On the date above, Ayana almost left the venue because parking was a nightmare. That said, she hung in there and we would up having a great time!

Friday Tip: Love and Love First (A How To Guide)(FREE BOOK)

Denise Ajanwachuku wrote a fantastic book that is a great resource for those seeking to live a more balanced and loving life. Denise is a motivational speaker, corporate trainer and now a first time author. She is also my friend.

Not only has Denise written the book on love she embodies it.  Being around her is like being around a constant fountain of encouragement.  She is a wife, and mom to two adult children. I have known Denise and her family for several years and have been impressed with her commitment to her family, her wisdom and her kindness.  She has taught me a great deal about how to be a good mother, good partner, and a good friend.

Her book is called, Love and Love First. It takes her readers on a personal, professional and spiritual journey with one goal in mind - teaching the reader how to become a "lover". This book has been called a step by step guide for those who are failing to excel in love. It gives tips to those failing to excel in love so that they can succeed. Love and Love First will be a bestseller.

Because she is incredibly generous, Denise has agreed to giveaway two books to two deserving readers of my blog.  One book will be given to the person with the best love story. The other will be given to the person with the greatest love challenge.  Andre and Denise’s husband Ian will select the winners.
