Happy Summer!!!

Dog Days of Summer have begun Most working moms are exhausted this time of year. The kids are over school. The uniforms have holes in them and the book bags are held together with duct tape. And then, just like that, Memorial Day comes to help us cope with what we have to do. It gives us a reprieve to prepare for the summer--a less structured life filled with longer nights and more fun.

More Memories from Mexico!

OK, there are a couple of things that I must say about the trip of all trips to Mexico. First, I went to Los Cabos, which is fighting with San Diego California to be the most beautiful place on earth. Second, I met my new friends Hunter and Amy from Texas at my resort (the Hilton Golf Resort--FABULOUS!). Hunter and Amy were incredible and gave this solo traveler true Southern hospitality. They were gracious without being pushy, inquisitive without being nosey, and protective without being overbearing. They were fantastic and helped make my trip.

This photo will show all of the naysayers how much fun we had. It will also show that if you're open to it, you can find friends anywhere.
