Identifying my childcare option has been the most stressful aspect of being a working mom. I wanted to find an option that worked well with my schedule and where my baby would thrive. I also had to deal with the guilt of delegating the well being of my child to someone else.

Even though my mother always worked, in my mind, taking care of my baby was my job. Having someone else do it seemed unnatural. For a working mom is very difficult to maintain both responsibilities. Select a best childcare is not an easy task before sending your kid in school, you have to analysis about what kind of child facilities are giving in school.
