A Grandfather’s Love, Demonstrated in Freeze Pops

As the weather starts to break a bit, we make plans for Spring Break, and I book my kids in a variety of Summer camps,  I am reminded that this summer will be different because we won't have my dad to share the summer with,  My dad kept these on the rotation, in every flavor. Not even sure how he gets them now because I think they are the equivalent of "kid crack"--made with artificial coloring, flavoring, and sugar . To my kids though, these freeze pops were love and summer wrapped in a bow. (As an Amazon associate, I am compensated for qualifying purchases.)

A Peek Into the Life of a Working Mom: My Inclusion in The Balance Project

A day at the office

If you read this blog you know that I focus on my quest to balance working, motherhood, and marriage, in my stilettos.  I have been candid about the real struggles that  accompany that my quest. Indeed in a journey full of challenges, compromises, and joy.

One of the things that I enjoy about blogging is that it connects me to spectacular women who are committed to making a difference. One of these women is Susie Schnall. Susie is, an author, mother, wife, writer and someone who is committed to helping working women.

The Balance Project

Susie recently featured me in an important work that is focused on helping women achieve balance. This work is "The Balance Project". Susie describes the "Balance Project" as a series of relevant and refreshingly candid interviews with inspiring and accomplished women talking about balance.

I am honored to be included in this important discussion. Check out the interview and let me know your thoughts!
