One Secret to a Working Mom Success: Celebrate the Seasons With Traditions

Greetings from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ! Things have been busy. I am still a working mom of three, working full time who is trying to make a difference. I do a lot of things and try to be present so that I can learn from them. I share them on this blog so that we can learn together. Working moms come in all shapes, sizes and professions. The last Olympic games had working moms even competing in the beach volleyball competition! Most of us find caring for our kids and going to work every day to be challenging. When you throw in business trips and networking events, the ability to balance becomes more challenging still. However, what about moms who travel the world as part of their jobs? What do they do with their children and how do they accomplish balance?
