Greetings from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Things have been busy. I am still a working mom of three, working full time who is trying to make a difference.  I recently heard a Ted Talk that has transformed the way I approach my career and my life. I think that I may be late to the party because millions of people have watched it before me. Still, on the chance that my blog readers haven't seen it yet either, I thought that I'd share.
