Happy Summer!!!

Dog Days of Summer have begun Most working moms are exhausted this time of year. The kids are over school. The uniforms have holes in them and the book bags are held together with duct tape. And then, just like that, Memorial Day comes to help us cope with what we have to do. It gives us a reprieve to prepare for the summer--a less structured life filled with longer nights and more fun.

The COVID19 Love Train!

This period of sheltering in place has resulted in some of us spending time with our favorite people. However, other spending time with folks they don't like very much. And others are simply alone, lacking direct human touch and interaction. And while there are certain blessings to each situation, and we are, "maintaining", this situation is less than desirable for everyone.

One of the things that has made the situation more bearable are the virtual dance parties some DJ's are throwing. Even though I am not a DJ, I thought I'd share this song, an oldie but goodie, that reminds us that we are all in this together.
